Lenvi delivers digital transformation to tier 1 bank
Lenvi was hired to work on a major consultancy project for a large bank. The client wanted Lenvi to digitally transform its processes and systems and create a lean target operating model.
The transformation project had a number of outcomes which impacted the business in key areas. It provided a framework for process and workflow transformation.
In addition, the preparation and configuration for software installation of Lenvi's dynamic reporting tool meant it replaced multiple spreadsheets which made processes more efficient.
The introduction of an automated workflow tool created closed feedback loops which improved standards. Digitisation also led to increased standardisation and visibility for all users, with a single source, with full audit trail for compliance. As a result of the project 30,000 hours of processing time were saved per annum.
