Lenvi takes home two Gold Winner awards at the 2025 Cnect Wales Awards

03/10/2025

Lenvi is delighted to announce that it has once again been recognised with two major wins at the Cnect Wales 2025 Awards on 30 September 2025. We were thrilled to take home Gold Winner awards for the Senior Leader of the Year and Best Technology/Digital Initiative awards.

The Senior Leader of the Year award was presented to Lenvi’s COO, Trish Norman, in recognition of her transformational leadership and the measurable impact made on Lenvi’s Cardiff-based contact centre. Under her guidance, the centre has achieved significant improvements in customer experience, reduced attrition, and fostered a strong people-first culture within a highly regulated environment. Collectively her teams support over 240,000 customers across the UK’s equity loan market and their work made a significant contribution toward our achievement of a RPS2- (High Performance) Fitch Servicer rating earlier this year.

Lenvi’s technology team was also awarded Gold Winner in the Best Technology/Digital Initiative category for the PF1 loan management platform. Lenvi PF1 has revolutionised customer service delivery through the automation of manual workflows, AI-driven tools, and operational process enhancements. The new system cuts processing times by 39%, improved stakeholder satisfaction, and delivered a seamless, compliant customer journey. It’s fantastic to see this success recognised through our award win.

Winning both Senior Leader of the Year and Best Technology/Digital Initiative at the Cnect Wales 2025 Awards is an extraordinary recognition of our team’s dedication to transforming customer experience in the lending sector. These awards affirm the exceptional impact of our Cardiff operation – where strategic frontline leadership and digital innovation come together to set new industry standards.

Richard Carter, CEO of Lenvi

Lenvi’s Customer Experience Trainer – Nicole Wainwright, and Learning Manager – Kayleigh Tomsa were also both finalists in their categories, Trainer of the Year, and Support Manager of the Year respectively. Further recognition of some of the fantastic talent we have here at Lenvi.

Congratulations to our winners, and to all the other winners and finalists on the night!

Lenvi continues to invest in expertise and digital innovation to lead the sector in operational excellence and customer-focused solutions.
