Lenvi operates a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all of its business activities and relationships. Lenvi is also committed to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business and exercising robust due diligence of its partner organisations and suppliers.

Our People

At Lenvi, we want all of our colleagues to feel supported. As such, we have a wide range of people policies in place to protect our employees, which cover all aspects of the employee lifecycle including:

                     Resourcing and recruiting

                     Employment Screening and Vetting

                     New employee on-boarding, and

                     Learning and development

A number of policies cover in-post arrangements, including:

                     Leave entitlement

                     Sickness absence

                     Maternity and paternity arrangements

                     Diversity and inclusion

                     Redundancy and termination

We also have policies covering those facilities our colleagues utilise, such as systems, data and equipment; and policies outlining our approach to complaints, grievances, whistleblowing and disciplinary matters.

Underpinning its policies, Lenvi has a positive corporate culture in respect of diversity and inclusion which is supported by strong colleague engagement to ensure the fair and equal treatment of all its employees.

Within the UK, Lenvi pays above the voluntary living wage and, therefore, above the UK minimum wage. We comply with the EU Working Time Directive and do not operate zero hour contracts. Where we utilise temporary employees, we pay above the minimum wage and are compliant with Agency Worker Regulations.

Lenvi is compliant with all employment related legal requirements in the international jurisdictions it operates from and utilises similar or identical people policies to those which apply to colleagues in the UK. Training for required skills and competencies is also provided to all international colleagues.

Our Training

At Lenvi, all new starters are required to complete mandatory Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking E-Learning which forms part of their corporate induction and welcome to the business. This training module is also available to all colleagues on our E-Learning Hub to enable colleagues to refresh their learning and understanding at any given point.

Our Suppliers

While the risk of modern slavery within Lenvi’s direct business operations remains low due to our reliance on a highly-skilled, professional workforce, as is the case for many organisations, we recognise our biggest exposure to modern slavery risk is our supply chain.

Suppliers to Lenvi provide us with services including: technology, human resources, print and mail services, facilities management, travel and professional services. Our suppliers are segmented by risk to protect our business and our ability to deliver to our products and services to clients and consumers.

Those higher risk areas in relation to procurement for businesses like Lenvi are inclined to be within IT hardware and facilities management (for example security and cleaning). Lenvi will always contract with organisations with strong reputations for ethical and human rights standards to provide these goods and services.

Lenvi utilises the services of EQ India Private Limited, who enforce an anti-sexual harassment policy, to protect the safety of all its employees, free of any gender prejudice or sexual harassment (including safety from persons coming into contact at the workplace) and has a zero tolerance policy towards any instance of sexual harassment. EQ India has a defined pay structure to ensure salaries are competitive and fair in the market.

Supplier Code of Conduct

Our Supplier Ethics Policy clearly sets out our expectations of suppliers in relation to environmental responsibility, modern slavery, data protection, human rights and ethics. This is issued to all new suppliers as part of our third party management arrangements and requires confirm of acceptance and compliance with the code in our due diligence questionnaire by the applicable third party.

Where Lenvi is unable to satisfy itself that a supplier is aligned to the Act, or our Supplier Ethics Policy, it will firstly work with that supplier to ensure compliance or failing that, terminate the contract.

All employees with procurement and outsourcing responsibilities are provided with appropriate training and guidance to ensure that they are able to assess the human rights and labour performance of suppliers.

Our Policies

Lenvi has a wide range of corporate policies governing Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) issues, including modern slavery, human trafficking, and human rights which, linked to our risk management framework, outline the key controls which help assess and manage any risks related to modern slavery and human trafficking.

Raising concerns safely and confidentially

In addition to our people policies outlined above, we have a clear Whistleblowing Procedure to enable Lenvi employees to raise concerns internally to a senior level to disclose information – blow the whistle - which the individual believes shows malpractice, illegal acts or failure to comply with recognised standards.

Governance

This Policy Statement applies to all employees and departments within Lenvi, regardless of geographic location.

Lenvi will continue to review and improve the way in which it manages the risks posed to its business and supply chain of modern slavery and human trafficking.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our modern slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 2024, as approved by the board on 01/07/2025.
